Unprofessional and dont really know what they are doing. Was fooled by the seemingly good review. Came for a simple interior repair of a seat backboard where the glue from the factory failed, they said it was something they can do, their repair failed 4 days later. I came back to them asking for a resolution/repair they refused to help or refund me and took no blame for the poor repair they did. Would not recommend them

Amazing work! Very knowledgeable and patient. I'm so happy with the work done here. South Side Trim had to redo work that another shop had done to my car. This other shop did so much damage bc they didn't know what they were doing and South Side Trim fixed or informed me of everything the other shop had messed up. I will only bring my vehicles to South Side Trim. Thank you Bob!!!! Ps they have cute animals in office to play with. Service: Upholstery installation
