I want to say thank you to Roberts and Stacys Team at Breaks Plus Haslet northern Texas are taking the fear out of going to the Machanic for me. they do excellent work the lights are off or going off they don't cheat or add any additional fee's they are all men and women of integrity and of honor. I believe its because they all know their name will be remembered as to man or woman they are in public oh man! They all are so kind and considerate and look after their customers.

Robs service level and expertise was outstanding. He took the time to keep me informed throughout the repair process, got to the root of the problem quickly, cost of repairs were very reasonable, and got me back on the road within a day. He also had pick up and return service to the shop and back home. All around A-1 customer service.

Bab service!! My wife take the car for oil change and tire rotation, they never did the rotation. I know because I marked the wheels.

Should not say they can do transmission work if they dont know what theyre talking about. I have a 2019 Ford escape with 67,000 miles and I can tell it needs a flush. It drives perfect but the transmission is rough on the transmission fluid it is well known through the Ford community. And the guy made it sound like I was driving a vehicle that had over 300,000 miles on the transmission and he refused. First impressions are always important and this is one facility that I will never be returning to.
