hello thank you for your concern let me just explain the situation from what i was told you had showed up for a rack and pinion we had sent you out there to check the part before we proceeded to pull the part you had told us the part was up to your liking so we proceeded with the pulling after the pulling you then complained was damaged on ONE inner tie rod we offered you two options 1 we call the nearest auto shop for a new inner tie rod and got you a new tie rod and discounted the price on the rack and pinion or 2 we can refund your money but with a 25% restocking fee due to you checking the part and us having to pull it that was the "Hadn't taken the part out the office" section you mentioned you then told my guys you had gotten a new rack and pinion and then threw a scene saying your a mechanic (which should have been able to just see the defective item before wasting everyone's time) but you started stating it would have taken you less time to pull even thought we offered you to go get some lunch and we would call you when its done. this is the type of customer's we run into please be a little more wary when paying attention to these people.
