Im already worried and I havent even brought my car there yet. Progressive told me Service King would be calling me and telling me what time to come in on July 20th. I wasnt getting any calls so I went ahead and checked with them but now they dont have anything available until August 9th. I let them know I work on Wednesdays and made an appointment for the 10th. But then when I double checked the confirmation was for the 9th. Now Im just trying to get another confirmation that the appointment actually is on the 10th but even though they say theyre sending it Im not getting it. Last Friday I drove two hours round-trip to get my license updated so I could rent a car on the 20th. My original DPS appointment was on August 10th. So that was unnecessary. I dont have much choice in the matter since somebody hit me and they are at fault. I think Service King knows I dont have a choice.
