It's a great place/people. Besides the homeless crowd. Personal very welcomed and willing to help and an extra mile. It's being 5 years searching for a chance to work. They gave me chance. Now I got the job. Started with litter crew and now with landscaping. It's an blessing. Love this place.

Tried calling to get some Intel or information about their facility, and the lady that I spoken with only said one thing. Didnt really have much for me to work with. I tried calling back again to see if there could be someone else I could speak with. That could give me a little bit more information than what she had gave me. She hung up while I was talking, so if they called this a place of business honestly dont think so.

The Morris Foundation helped my family come out of homelessness. God used this place to get us back on our path to prosperity. We had good case management, the support staff at the front desk were kind and we were also able to make connections with the volunteers who came in. Because of this program we were able to receive housing help and move into a brand new home in the area we desired. If you go in there with a plan and you work it, you will be successful at achieving your goal. My best advice would be to stay out the way. Stay focused on what youre there for: YOUR HOME. Dont get caught up in other peoples business or their mix. Do your chores and keep to yourself. Theres nothing wrong with being cordial. Remember, this is a place of transition and its easy to get caught up with people who are in the same situation, but your goal is to get home! Dont allow ANYTHING or ANYONE to deter you from that. Be prepared to not have adequate space for food. That was the biggest hurdle for our family. I went through pregnancy in there and the food options werent always the best. Luckily, theres a grocery store (Central Market) that we were able to frequent and take care of my familys needs for food. If you work the program you will get home. Remember its temporary and youll come out stronger on the other side. Im grateful to God for ordering our foot steps. We didnt compromise on our goal and we made it home.
