Everyone has been super nice I live half way crossed the country in Ny and the staff has been so helpful my only complaint that I have with this place one of the people I talked with said something about a free application process and as soon as I spoke with lady to get ball rolling she said she couldnt waive fees. Im not even mad about it simple mistake way cheaper then most places in fort worth and a lot cheaper fees then most

My husband and I lived here for one year from March 2021-May 2022 and while we enjoyed it, we are incredibly disappointed with them following our move out. We were told there was no damage to our unit and we would be receiving our deposit back. I left our forwarding address via email, written on paper and over the phone and were told we would receive our check. We never received the check and upon following up via phone, I was told that they didn't have our forwarding address and we would be receiving it soon. When that never happened, I followed up again via phone and was told that the new management didn't know about it but that they would look into it. Crickets. We went in person and were told that former employees probably forgot and a manager would be in touch to assist. It's been four months since then and nothing. Incredibly disappointing.

Visited family that lived here many times. Not once did I need them to come open the gates for me because the gates never worked; and god the hallways stank
