        The staff is always so kind. I've lived at other properties in the past where this was definitely not the case, so this is like a breath of fresh air. They are attentive and make you feel like family. Their kindness does not go unnoticed! The community is beautiful and I highly recommend Three 77.

        The staff is super nice and friendly. They literally go out of their way sometimes to fix an issue. They are very responsive to emails and calls. I was just telling my brother, that this maintenance staff is definitely the best that I have seen at any apartment complex. They are super responsive and they dont just do bandaid fixes, they really fix things or replace it. Also, the gym has a peloton bike!! Like what?!?! The gym is definitely one of the better gyms Ive seen. Love the staff, events they have, the food trucks, the amenities. and the location.

        Went today looking for an apartment and found our new home! Ashley was absolutely amazing! She was so welcoming and knowledgable and made this experience as smooth as possible! The apartments were also so clean and every person we came into contact with was super friendly! Can't wait to be a part of this community!
