Not sure how many times I need to say something at the office before something is done but I'm tired of having my apartment always smelling of Marijuana. We have lived have lived here 7 months now and have told the office numerous times and they do nothing.

I have lived here for about 4 years now, never had issues until recently. I put in a transfer request (that was approved) at the end of November. It is now January 24th, my scheduled move date is January 31st. What is the issue, you may ask? I STILL HAVE NO LEASE FOR THE NEW APARTMENT! I have called, emailed, texted and even gone into the office. I get no answers, when I went in person it was just I dont know. I am now actively looking for a new complex that will move me in with hardly any notice. How unprofessional! I cant believe this.

If I could give 0 stars I would donttt move here this is the worse complex Ive lived in. I Loved living here for the first year but this year some new company took over and they really just dont seem to know what theyre doing the entrance gates have been out for close to 6 months if not longer the maintenance request just dont get done anymore I put in a request a month ago and a couple weeks went by and finally someone came to check it out and this guy really came told us hed grab a ladder and be back its now been a month since that request was put in and he never came back but two days ago marked it as completed even tho he never even looked at it very disappointed this place has gone downhill since I first moved in all the office is worried about is repainting everything fixing the office building and anything they can do to raise prices but yet they cant even get someone to fix the gate its a shame I dont recommend living here :( Update i Have now had my garbage disposal broken for a month put in multiple maintenance requests over 4 weeks ago, my bf called the office multiple times and no one answered then i emailed them Tuesday and it is now Saturday and no response yet maintenance was oustside our building a couple of days ago doing who knows what not any maintenance request obviously and then the office has emailed pool hours and such but cant respond to my email at this point theyre just ignoring me havent gotten a single response and on top of it just like the last maintenance request they just randomly decided to mark it as complete even tho my garbage disposal is still broken do not live here unless you want to be ignored by maintenance and the office worse apartment complex ever Hate to make this any longer but would also like to mention the tow company sucks Ive had multiple people parking in my reserved spot recently and the tow company never does anything about it
