Very unprofessional in how they handle customer service issues. They do not take responsibility for lack of work quality and damage to customers products during the anodizing process. These precision aluminum gauge parts were handled very roughly resulting in severe damage to our products causing us additional labor expenses trying to salvage them for our customer and still retain the precision measurements. These edges were as sharp as a knife blade. Upon return this is what we received.***see photos*** Har-Conn has yet to issue a refund for these products.

CTR utilizes Har-Conn in support of millions of dollars of business each year. They are professional and courteous. A fantastic place to sub-contract any machine shop's processing needs.

We have been using them since 2008 for our anodizing needs. In 2013 we began using them for the precision pipe gauges we manufacture and in 2015 for our "window gauges". We have had no issues up until now. . We received our gauges back from them extremely damaged. (they have never been this rough with our parts before). These gauges range in price from smaller ones @ $400+ to large ones @ over $750+ each. It was clear that they had been handled very rough during the anodizing process and packaging. When we contacted Laura Roth regarding the issue, it became clear that they were not going to take responsibility. Instead they wanted to lay blame on shipping company. The package itself arrived in very good condition. No damage on the box whatsoever. All of the items were wrapped in thick tissue paper (although, not the bubble wrap we had shipped them in when we sent them to them.) The tissue paper was not damaged at all and was very neatly done. It is clear these parts had been wrapped with damages prior to shipping them back to us. (However, regardless of when these parts were damaged it is the shippers responsibility to make sure they are packaged securely and safely.) We ended up taking up 11 hours of labor getting machines setup and parts realigned (not an easy process once parts have been removed from machines) so that our CNC Machinist could re-machine these parts in order to take out the large damaged areas of the precision gauges--costing us another $1045.00 in labor costs. Very disappointed in this company. They know how delicate these aluminum parts are and have always handled them with care up until recently. Not sure if they have new employees or what but this is completely unacceptable. Our customers consist of Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Filtration Systems Manufacturers, Vessel Manufacturers and the Plastic Industry. We have never treated our customers in this way nor supplied them with damaged parts. See photo of one of the gauges damaged (there were several)>>>>
