My wife and I went to Autos of Forney on 3/28/24. I had spotted two vehicles that made it worth the drive over to come see them up close and set something up with Jaz. From that point forward communication was excellent. We were delayed in the time we were going to get there, (we messaged we were delayed) but that didn't change how we were treated whatsoever. After arriving and parking we walked up to the front of the building and I immediately saw that Jaz had set up both vehicles we were interested in particular and had them on display so we can check them both out before test driving each one. This impressed me, the personal attention and the time given to help you see what you had made it known that you wanted to see. No bait and switch, no ummmm let me go get the car and then find out it was sold, no finding cars that looked a lot better in pictures than in person. I also noted that respect was given by Jaz and afterwards by Jose when we were working out the warranty side of the transaction as well to the out the door price, the dollars amount we were thinking about, etc.. Let me repeat.... RESPECT was shown, we were listened to whenever we had a concern or question and answers were given. All other employees or staff we spoke with were friendly as well. But if you find a car that you like on this lot, ask for Jaz, she will work with you in finding the vehicle you are needing. It helps to know what you are interested in beforehand, but if you see something that might fit what you are needing or wanting, definitely work with Jaz and she will make your visit a smooth one This dealership has a wide selection of excellent looking vehicles. We feel full confidence in the KIA Soul we purchased and anyone asking us personally if they should drop in or set up an appointment, I for one will definitely say yes.
