They did a great job trimming our trees. I was really happy with their work and my trees look great! They cleaned up everything afterwards. I would definitely call them again when needed.

I am disappointed in this company for the lack of service and communication. I initially had Andrew come out and give me a quote but was unable to get him and his crew to do any work on my trees due to the inclimate weather at the time. I contacted Andrew again recently for a follow up since the weather has been dry to try and get some work done. Andrew has given me excuses 3 separate occasions to not coming out after giving me his word to come out, re-evaluate, and strike a deal. This company was a waste of my time.

We have some trees that are struggling. I called Andrew and he came out to look at them very quickly. Since I had no idea what was wrong I was at his knowledge mercy. He could very easily have given me a quote on them doing the work to save the trees. Instead he told me what was wrong. He explained what I need to do to correct it and said the trees can easily be saved with a little work from me. Instead of selling me a treatment he spent 30 minutes talking and explaining things to me and only charged me a service call. He said without correction we'd probably lose the trees in a year but with simple, easy correction they will flourish. Thank you Andrew for your honesty.

I had a great experience with Lone Star arborists! He was very knowledgeable and professional. The best part of my experience was the communication, Andrew did an awesome keeping in contact with me regarding my project! I highly recommend!
