The most terrible and pathetic experience that I have had working in the real estate industry was with Sherry Smith. She appeared to be very substandard and unethical in multiple ways. I always deliver my home inspection report to the agent working with my customer when requested, Sherry Smith did not receive it due to the level of professionalism and knowledge that she displayed when she attended my inspection. Along with several ignorant questions. Smith asked me if my customer can purchase a home with a faulty roof and then file a fraudulent claim with her insurance company later.
