        Very nice folks, but, not the place if youre in a hurry. Go to Terrell or Kaufman. They are understaffed big time. Always a long wait.

        PLEASE make sure you receive your bills electronically. Our electric bill was received in the mail over 2 weeks late and because of this our electricity is being shut off. We constantly receive other peoples mail and havent received credit cards, licenses, etc. due to their negligence.

        Horrible. We constantly get our neighbors' mail. However, we lost our mailbox key. We went to the post office, filled our forms to have our mail delivered there for pickup, paid $35 for a new key and must wait a month for it. It's now been 2 weeks and every day we go to pick up our mail nothing is there. They are still delivering to a lock box where we've now filled out a form to hold at the post off at least 2-3 times. Yesterday they gave us the mail for 2 other people, but none of my packages. I have over $350 in packages lost in the system.
