    Efficient pickup the other day my elderly cancer fighting dad was in the dich trying to get hid trash can before pickup the trash truck driver stopped instead of passing an helped him get it an made sure he got out of the ditch my dad is very weak he told about this good job

    I had a very bad experience from the Titan Waste, The customer service is very bad, they dont know how to talk with customers. They are thinking we asking for their favor. I requested them for new Trash Bins for my new DR Horton Home in Garland. Every time we calling for the new trash bin, they will give us different type of answers, last week I talk with Judy (secretary) she told us they got email from Infra mark , so they will deliver the trash can by end of the last week. We didnt get the trash can, we called again then Ashly (owner) spoke to us very inappropriately and stated that they didnt receive any order from infra mark. She told us do not call her and she hangup. We never had a such bad experience from anyone before . There is No customer service. Horrible!!!!!

    Worst company for trash. We have our bill on auto pay and they skip our trash monthly. Lady over the phone was rude to my wife. If we pay you to pick up our trash then pick it up.

    No customer service at all. I have been with the company for 4 years and 1 time that the payment did not go through the lady called me telling me the bank charged them a $30 fee and my services were cancelled until payment is received along with the $30 fee. The fee is kinda sketchy. I cancelled my service. Its not the fee so much, more so the way she spoke to me without even waiting for an answer.

Firstly, we are a contractor for Inframark. You have to call to set up service, and they issue the orders for the Can delivery. We have no control over that. Second, you call the office angry, yelling and you wouldn’t let anybody speak. Your English is poor, so it’s hard to understand you. We were trying to tell you that we have to have Orders from Inframark before we can deliver anything. The entire time we were on the phone, you were screaming over Ashley, who was on the phone and you were calling Judy (the secretary) a liar, and you couldn’t be spoken to so you were asked not to call back. This is the fifth time that you’ve called and we’ve told you the same thing all five times. This is a contracted neighborhood. Otherwise we would not choose to service someone like you. Your experience with Titan has been poor because you do not understand or do not listen to what is going on. This is a contracted neighborhood and Orders have to be issued before we can deliver Trash Cans . You cannot simply just call the office and order the cans. You have to be put on a schedule and you have to be set up with the water company. Call Inframark for the fifth time and have them contact our office and we can get order set up. Also right after you called, you made another fake phone call pretending to be Inframark to see if we had orders issued and we told you then we do not have orders. Please read this carefully and understand we have to have orders from Inframark not you, not the customer. Otherwise You are welcome to call our office again with a different attitude and we can talk to you. But calling up and yelling the entire time will get you nowhere. We cannot deliver trash cans. The fee you are referring to is for insufficient funds. It's not a “sketchy” fee, it's normal business practice. The call today was a courtesy call due to your service being for tomorrow pickup. I think that is customer service to call you ahead of leaving your trash at the curbside.
