We reached out to Archadeck NE Dallas in February for a plan to resolve significant drainage issues on our property. Their office was very responsive and Augustin spent a good deal of time to fully understand our issues, listened to our concerns and goals for the project. Their proposal was the best price compared to other bids and their experience was a deciding factor. This company handled all the HOA submissions and details which was a big plus. We now have a beautiful stamped concrete patio, outdoor kitchen that we are very pleased as well as proper drainage all around our house! Definitely recommend this company!!!

UPDATE: They say they are sorry but they don't answer emails or texts any longer. They came out and actually made it worse, if they were sorry they would actually fix it not try to cover up the mistakes with a darker color that makes it look even worse. This is after my wife and I pointedly told them to not use the color they proposed as it looked horrible! They did it anyway and covered the whole deck. It now also has air bubbles all over and looks like a 4 year old did the work with a paint set!!!!! Please stay away from them! I am in the process of filing a warranty claim, I have filed a BBB claim and in all likelihood will have to engage a lawyer to sue them to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company unless you like burning cash! UPDATE: They came out last Saturday to try and correct the color discrepancy and actually MADE IT WORSE! See new pictures below but it is beyond belief. They did a small area which they made darker - almost like a painted colored brown paint. They had my wife and I go out to look at it to see if it would be acceptable. We both told them no, we do not want it to be that color. I asked them to leave the existing color as is and just fix the areas that were at issue. Fast forward a couple of hours - as they are leaving Augie says to turn off the sprinklers that he had resealed the patio and to let it dry 24 hours. I go back inside and look out the back window and am absolutely shocked at what they have done. It is exactly what we told them NOT TO DO. They painted the whole deck painted colored brown (NOT STAINED). Worse yet now there are air bubbles everywhere and the whole thing is a complete ugly mess. My wife is in tears daily over this disaster and now just wants the whole thing torn out. I am sorry I ever came across the name Archadeck. I guess all we can do now if file through their warranty company. Really folks STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! WORST MISTAKE EVER!!!! Archadeck came out to put in a new stamp & stain concrete patio for me. As you can see from the pics it is a total disaster. The color is not even close to consistent, there are streaks throughout it, there are light and dark strips going across the stamped boards and there are impressions that look as though someone pressed the form in with their knee - these are all over the deck. They assured me when we signed up for this that it would look like a wood deck or a very close facsimile of one. I'll let you decide from the attached pics if this is anything like a wood deck would look like. It looks like a stamp and stain that went very wrong. When I contacted them , they came out to look at it and told me they would get back to me after talking to their concrete person. No response for 2 weeks until I followed up with two emails and the response at that point was that they can darken it for an additional $900.00!!!!!!! They actually think I will pay more for them to fix their complete disaster? At this point I am going to pay to get it completely torn out and will likely have to chase them through the courts to get it reimbursed. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN!!!!! This doesn't even begin to address the french drain mess... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! UPDATE: They offered my wife and I a paltry sum to HAVE SOMEONE ELSE repair their disaster. Unfortunately it was not near enough to cover the cost to fix the mess they left us with. Do anything in your power to avoid using this company, it is better to spend more money and get the quality you will be happy with long term - you WON'T GET IT from Archadeck!!!!!

I have been extremely pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness, and the quality of service that I have received from Aguie and his team from the initial meeting throughout the entire process. The communication from the beginning of the process to the end was outstanding. Aguie is extremely responsive to questions and is adept at explaining the construction process. We are looking forward to enjoying our patio in the years to come. If you have a project you want completed by a professional company I would highly recommend Archadeck of Northeast Dallas. Archadeck built a beautiful back porch to my home in Dallas in the lakewood area. I was very pleased with the results and the folks on the project were very nice to work with! Even though the job time was slowed by Covid 19 it all worked out great! Thanks Mike and Debbie Jacobson and all the others who helped with my project!!
