        After being stood up by another plumber 3 times I asked neighbors for a recommendation for a plumber, several said Live Oak. Not only did they actually show up, they knew how to fix the problems and did a great job explaining the pricing and the work they needed to do. Recommend!

        Live Oak has been great, and Don has been extremely good to work with. Everything has always been very up-front, including pros and cons of different solutions, costs and potential options. The service quality, from before they arrive (scheduling and updates) to making sure that the space is squeaky clean when they leave, is excellent. Very highly recommended.
