We have worked with Philip before and came back for a refinancing. Both he and Glenda were awesome and helped us get everything done smoothly. I definitely highly recommend these folks!

My husband and I received the best service from Philip Artt & the entire team from Synergy One. Everyone communicated effectively and ensured that we had the information and knowledge we needed during this process. From our initial conversation, Philip put us at ease and let us know that we would close in time for Christmas, and we did! We didn't just feel like another set of applicants; we felt valued and that meant a lot to us! Anytime we had questions or concerns or just needed clarity, we were able to reach someone by phone, text or email! Thank you for making this process go smoothly for us!!!!

Philip Artt and his team are phenomenal to work with. The Synergy1 app/website used to track, sign, and upload documents makes it easy to see what needs to be completed and get progress updates. They really make navigating the refinance process a breeze!

I had a horrible customer service experience with Movement Mortgage and I would NOT consider doing business with them again. Extremely POOR communication, took WAY WAY TOO LONG (every time they would ask for documents ASAP, they wouldn't respond with feedback for multiple days to more than a week. They took SO long (on a refinance) that they had to re-request a payoff quote from the original lender due to the original quote being old/irrelevant. Clearly not customer focused. Save yourself time, and frustration and find someone else... BTW...in the middle of the refinance process, Philip informed me he resigned from Movement Mortgage, so apparently he no longer works there.
