My husband had a wound vac that needed to be changed Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If it leaked it had to be taken off. Because a nurse would have to come on Saturday, Baylor refused to put the vac back on. So, my husband went 4 days without the vac. A few weeks later Baylor Home Health called to tell me that someone on a doctor’s staff where we had been had COVID. One week after that call I find out that it actually was a nurse that had been in our house changing my husband’s bandage that had COVID. I called Baylor H. H., but the manager was too busy to talk to me. Baylor H. H. nurses exceed all expectations, but their management doesn’t care about their patients. Not to mention, management also told my nurse they had talked to my doctor about an issue. My doctor said he had never talked to Baylor H. H. If we ever have to use a home health facility again, it will not be Baylor Home Health.
