This place is immaculate!! Personnel were constantly taking the highest pride in keeping the place clean and tidy. The service is phenomenal and customer service is the perfect mix between personable and professional. Starting with a very well lit lobby, the cleanliness and smell automatically embrace you as a place you want to stay. The location near the River Walk and its multiple restaurants at walking distance is a plus! I will stay here again! Nearby activities: The variety of walking distance restaurants made for an unforgettable experience! Walkability: There are plenty of beautiful places within walking distance that serve as excellent photo opportunities.

Absolutely horrible experience from check in to check out! I am STILL waiting on the GM to contact me regarding my stay. I have already contacted Hilton customer service and filed a complaint. Do yourself a favor and go next door to the Courtyard Marriott.

MAHIN = AAAAAA++++++........................2 guys working the front 1st Kincaid, he wasn't the most pleasant. A little rude and definitely needs customer service coaching as well as an attitude adjustment towards his colleagues. 2nd gentleman MAHIN this gentleman was top notch as he is the definition of customer satisfaction. While Kincaid was being rude to the both of and Kincaid was actually talking down to him Mahin kept his composure the entire time with a smile on his face and was extremely pleasant..I honestly was so blown away by his service I mentioned it to my 4 colleagues who were also coming in and after they all checked in we spoke about Mahin and his service throughout dinner as we were all so impressed..He truly is an asset to this place..as rude as Kincaid was I was ready to cancel and move next door until Mahin supported. Him being top notch will have me come back to this location..I hope H2H really takes care of their employees who separate themselves as class acts. Thank you Mahin!! Rooms: Clean and new
