Logan Tyler from Welborne Garage Doors in Flower Mound was reliable, very knowledgeable, on time, diagnosed the problem with accuracy, explained the problems, fixed the problems, and made sure I was completely satisfied. It was covered under my warranty and I was very happy with his expertise. This company stands by their word and I appreciate their honesty and integrity. Just had my garage door opener replaced by Welborn. Its the second time I have had a service from them with the previous one about 6 years ago. The detailed inspection and honesty of the technician (Mikhail) I am grateful for and saved me some money and possible future issues. Young man was on time and I was notified of arrival 40 minutes ahead of time. He was very nice, worked quickly and finished within an hour. Work was excellent and was quick service after calling to come.
