Heartbroken that BB&B has filed bankruptcy also wasn't aware my gift card balance was no longer valid, as my local store had closed & then I got an email that showed this store was still open. When checking out I was told that no gift cards or discounts (other than those offered at that store that day) were valid as of 5 days earlier. Still found many items & the cashier was pleasant when explaining the new policies. I will miss BB& B as much as I do Sanger Harris, Foleys, Mervyn's, Sears, K-Mart, all the Vista Ridge Mall stores, as well as Black-eyed Pea, Steak-n-Ale & Tia's (3 great restaurants)! I think it's sad that online shopping & Amazon has destroyed the tactile & social aspects of retail shopping!

Going out of business because it isn't a great store. Very few worthy items, all over priced. Good riddance. Make room for something better.

Had to go back because they failed to give me the $20 cash back that I paid for with my debit card, which was a pain in the neck to go back for. The store is closing, but there are no great sale prices yet..mostly overpriced and average home goods.
