The last couple of months whenever I go to this location they are closed. The time I get there is between 10:00am and 12:00pm

The people at this Flower Mound location are top notch. This is one of their training centers and love how they treat us customers/clients and their employees. Have been with Wells Fargo for more that 30 years!

5 star service here.The staff here are really warm hearted and helpful.Mark Dickson is an amazing banker.He is very patient ,professional and nice even though it was really late when we arrived there. Compare to other Wells Fargo nearby,this location is definitely the BEST choice.

Arrived to the branch 30 minutes before they closed. When I approached the teller, she asked if I had an appointment. I did not. She said the manager is already working with a customer and they have a second customer waiting. And since they close in 30 minutes they wouldnt be able to help me today. But they could make an appointment for me for next week. Im sorry, you cant help 3 customers in 30 minutes, when one of them is already in progress? Very disappointing. If my mortgage hadnt been sold to Wells Fargo, I wouldnt be doing business with them voluntarily. Ive had nothing but lazy customer service since I became a customer.

Teller was rude and informed me that I cannot make a withdrawal without a debit card. All other Wells Fargo locations allow me make a withdrawal with two forms of ID and no debit card. She goes on to tell me that it is Wells Fargo policy and tells me to leave. I called Customer Service and they informed me that policy she told me doesnt exist. I went to a different location and the transaction went smoothly. This just left a bitter taste in my mouth. She was probably having a bad day, but please dont take it out on your customers. This happened on 6-5-2020 @ 11am. Cant remember her name, she was of Indian descent. Please train your employees on your policies and basic customer service.
