Absolutely amazing customer service. I needed a 450-gallon septic installed and contacted Josh. I am totally impressed, they showed up as promised, they finished the work as promised, they got everything inspected, like clockwork. They cleaned the site, were in contact with me and explained the progress. I would hire them back without a second thought. They are professionals and get the job done. I called at 9am yesterday morning, explained that our septic alarm had gone off and we needed someone to come out. Josh said that they were 10 mins away and could be right over to diagnose the problem. They promptly found the problem and was able to get it fixed within the hour. Amazing service and friendly! We recently built a new house in Georgetown and went through the process of finding the right designer and installer for our septic system. We chose CTC for many reasons as our installer and were extremely pleased with their service. Josh and CJ are very knowledgeable and customer oriented professionals. They cared for all the details, took the time to answer all of our questions and kept us updated on every step of the process. I Would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them to others.
