Hilltop Concrete

We had Hilltop concrete install our fence in Port Neches, Texas and they done a fabulous job. The install team was great to work with and respectful. We done a lot of research with other companies before we chose Hilltop concrete to install our fence. The main reason we did pick Hilltop is because of reviews while other companies lacked in seem like customer service from research and reviews my wife and I found Hilltop stood out above others. Hilltop Concrete has always gone above and beyond for me. They are quick to ship materials and when it's not in stock, Jeni has helped me find alternatives to what I need. Shipping and turn around is fast and the customer service is the best I've come across in some time!

I am a former employee who wishes I could give them higher than a 5 star rating. The care they have for their employees and customers is like none other. Hilltop Concrete goes above and beyond to make sure each customer is taken care of in a timely manner. I am very pleased with my experience purchasing some pieces of stackstone panels at Hilltop Stone Concrete company in Flint, Texas, for a small project that I had with my company: JFP Construction Services Inc. for a large customer of mine in Dallas, Texas. Someone recommended to Call This company. I first contacted Kristi. She was very helpful on my first approach to what I was looking for ( I did not know the name or the type of stone I was going to buy). She explained all in 2 minutes. She ask me pictures and after that we coordinated a visit to the site of the company. She was very patient with me explaining what I was looking for. On the day I loaded my fence panels I meet her husband Cris Miller, who not only chatted very friendly with me while we waited for her to arrive in the office lobby, but they took me to the wharerhouse to help me load the stones, even when Kristi came with the baby granchild. They were very quick to respond and explain about the product I was purchasing and the way to match this pieces of stone. And needless to mention that this is the only company that supplies this type of fencing material in the whole DFW or surrounding areas. Long story short, Chris and Kristi ware very gracious with me and my business, as to let me take some of the panel pieces and crowns for me to do my repair. Thanks Hilltop, Thanks Kristi and Chris Miller for the excellent customer service. On my next project I know where to go!!!!!! Highly recommended for all your needs in stone fences !!!!!!!!!!
