Every time I come theres always a girl at the printing station (with short hair) who is rude and doesnt look like she wants to work. Ill just stick to the staples in Southlake :)

Nabeel is awesome. Helpful, friendly and always willing to take care of anyone who walks in. I would have given him 100 stars if I could. Hes so humble and kind. Does the job right and is very knowledgeable. Hes quiet and is always at the print center but when it comes to help his customers he goes far beyond your expectations. I was told by someone else hes leaving, Staples.. please dont let him go. Employees like him are rare, hes a really good asset for your team.

Okay let me just say, your man Nabeel in the Print and Copy center is an absolute magic maker. I brought in a time sensitive project and your man worked diligently until it was absolutely perfect. I can't possibly thank him enough for his dedication towards not just getting the job done, but getting the job done correctly. His loyalty to your customers is absolutely top notch and he deserves some huge kudos for how great of a job he does!

Went there today to print my labels and the lady clearly did not want to be there. Not only did she print out the wrong amount of labels even after she asked me twice but she definitely had an attitude. I tried to be as nice as possible but if she doesnt enjoy her job she should quit and find something else so shes a lot more happier. No reason to try and mess up some elses day just because she picked a position that makes her feel miserable! The second star is for the cashier who was sweet and made me smile when leaving the store.
