Walked in, 4 men just talking among themselves, a woman finally came up to use and directed us with info and a new address. We even called them while in the office, heard the phone ring, and yet not one of the men moved.

Poor service, poor communication, no accountability. I've had a porta jon onsite with 2x weekly services. They miss at least once a month if not twice. When you call in, their sales department answers "that's not my department" then forwards you to an automated message stating there isn't anyone available. I completely understand in this day and age that services may be slowed due to staff shortages, but communication is key and this company completely lacks in that department.

Extremely poor service and communication. Had them install chain link fence on two construction sites. The installers refused to go around the concrete driveway and install the post in the ground for a solid and safe install as requested. Instead they insisted on fence with temporary panels for the legs weighed down with sand bags on concrete. Sure enough the fences with temporary sand bags holding them fell over (luckily not onto the street with traffic or anyone on the sidewalk). We put them back up and contacted the company about it. They did nothing! A week later more winds and the whole thing came apart completely. Contacted them again and the account manager didn't seem to care much. I guess when they have been already paid what is the incentive to provide service? When the account manager went MIA and stopped responding we contacted the customer service and they requested to see photos, we provided photos and still no call back or even an email. Followed up again the next day and finally got a response that their first availability was a week later and they cannot do anything earlier. Great, anyone can walk into the construction site, get hurt and we are liable. The main reason why we installed a fence to avoid this very exact scenario. The staff of the company is so shortsighted that they don't realize or perhaps don't care about the reputation and repeat business of the company they work for. Probably there to collect a check and go home at the end of the day. Any business owner's worst nightmare. Luckily there are other options in the future.

Seeing is believing. Come check out the fence at 8000 N Riverside Dr. an Summerfield It tells who put it up. The gate at Summerfield is broken and the fence on Riverside is tore in half. Service: Security fencing & metal cage installation
