        Called this place to inquire about services and a very rude lady just answered. As I work at a facility with over 80 patients and the only 1 in my role, I asked the lady to hold on a second as a resident of ours was trying to ask me a question. This rude woman couldnt wait more than 2 seconds and basically started yelling at me asking, do you want this number? She was so very impatient, rude and unprofessional. As a discharge planner, I would not recommend this place at all as this one lady was out of line and if she treated me this way no telling how their clients are treated. You can do better HEB!
