He broke things down for me so I understood every step of the process and answered all of my questions. There was a provider who was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. This has to be one of the worst law firms there is. They communication is horrible, you literally have to call them just to get an update about your claim. They also walk away with a third of your claim while the medical portion takes another third. I wouldnt recommend this law firm to my dog let alone another person.
