Editing to add response below: Horrible experience with the quality and timeliness of this job. Jon came to the house and told us all our concerns would be covered including a line from the new to old cabinet edge. 4th visit was today, most things have been fixed, but the cabinets no longer looked sprayed because of all the touch ups from their shorty work, runs and missing paint, and now they can’t fix the line because they didn’t prep it correctly so they would have to strip it out, sand it, patch it and repaint, which is somehow out of the scope… terrible customer experience, no attention to detail, and I’ll probably be cleaning drops on paint forever. Don’t use them. Wood Renewal of DFW, Inc. I think your response says it all, not taking responsibility for what you promised and the quality of the work. As for stopping by this week, we’ve been on this project since September, and we are paid up customers who kept being back seated to the new work you brought on yourself. So reiterate, horrible customer experience and quality of work that was promised. You never mentioned the line to be an issue until you already messed it up and didn’t prep it correctly before painting and now you just don’t want to make it right because of the extra work. As for the other contractor, they have nothing to do with your poor quality. Edit: added photos of the mess we still have. Unpainted under the counter top, under the fronts of the drawers and run and drip marks…

Four installation attempts to replace cabinet doors. Nails and screws coming out of the cabinet boxes. Crooked cabinet doors. Had to take a day off of work to stand there and make sure they didn’t leave it crooked again. EDIT IN RESPONSE: I understand the Euro-style frameless cabinets were a learning experience for you all and certainly appreciate the legwork, but your company reached out to me several times eliciting an honest review…which is that I was very surprised and frustrated when we encountered the above errors after multiple installation attempts. As we agreed, I paid in full after the errors were corrected, which they were. In all, I received 5 emails from your company asking me for my opinion, and this is it.
