Hope in the saloon is my go to every time I need a cut or a dye. I always come in with an idea and Hope works with me to manage my hair and styling needs. Im never disappointed! 5 stars!!!

Clint was super helpful with color matching my foundation and answering my questions when I didnt know where to start. My family had pictures with Santa later in the afternoon and he helped me with my eye shadow and base make up. Since, I was short on time I went home and finished getting ready and felt so beautiful. I loved how he did my eyes. Ill be back to see him in the future. Thank you!

I shop here a lot and today I walked in Im guessing theres training going on for the holiday season, however I watched four sales associates at the front of the door fiddle with the front merchandise, see me wave them over with a lip liner looking for assistance. The lady glanced over but no one helped me. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be assisted, so I began to put my cart down which was full of products, I asked a question and a was given the finger. so out of frustration I put my basket down and began to walk out of the store and I heard a sales person scream out thats not where that goes so I responded if you wouldve helped me to being with I wouldnt have left it. The level of staring but not helping and the audacity of asking me to do YOUR job after you let a sale walk out the door. Terrible customer service.
