I'm 6 months pregnant and just purchased a new townhouse for my expanding family. I needed to have the home fully cleaned and sanitized. Things started of good or so I thought. Denise did not do a good job at all! She misguided me on the services and didn't communicate clearly, even after I explained my needs. She missed several things. When I asked her to come back, she showed up late with an attitude and rude! The services included baseboards which she didn't clean and told me "We don't clean them if they don't look dirty" WTH! I PAID for it! When she finished, instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, she said "So we good? You good?" and left... what type of mess is that?! So now I don't trust anything she did clean and have to hire a professional company to my house! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on this company!
