At a high level, they: 1) don't communicate well (if at all), 2) they don't perform the repairs as requested, 3) they perform unnecessary repairs after being told not to, and 4) their repairs fail and I don't trust them to fix them. I spend >$4,000 to repair a timing chain tensioner and transmission fluid flush on my Tundra. They had the vehicle >3 weeks, never did the transmission fluid flush, changed my differential fluid I told them not to because I just had it done at a different shop, and they returned my truck with an oil leak. The valve cover gaskets they charged me for are leaking oil onto the exhaust manifold and it gives me a headache while I drive. Another $700 for a different shop to fix it because of their incompetence. Before I realized all of the problems with my Tunrda, I left my 4Runner to have multiples things done to it before a trip to Colorado. They replaced the radiator and CV axles without ever approving the repairs with me. They had the 4Runner for >4 weeks, and were late getting it to us. I picked it up the day before we left for Colorado, and the 4wd low range they were supposed to fixed, didn't work. I spent well over $10K in repairs between two vehicles, and they could never get anything right. After I realized they changed my diff fluid and never did the transmission fluid, completely against my instructions, I vowed never to go back. Now the valve cover gaskets they installed are leaking oil; hence this review. During this entire saga, I got more apologies from the owner than I care to count. They say one thing and do another. Ive taken my car in twice to have brakes checked. Both times they told me my brakes had more miles in them. I really appreciate their honesty because I would have believed what they told me!
