Now that I moved out. The pros: the lady at the office is cool she handles everything well. The apt is nicely sized and the ac is good. Chandler was great person! The cons: Make sure you ask about your deposit. Because I was paying that monthly and they tell me I cant use it in the end. So make sure you ask questions because at the end they charge u for everything when u move out so be careful. We cleaned as much as we could but it still wasnt as clean . They charged for lint removal for a washer it was 70 dollars . Anything that needs to be cleaned is gonna be charged even if u clean it yourself. So I suggest hiring someone to detail clean it. The fire alarm goes off every time you cook. U can hear your neighbors . The community is ok. Theres this lady always yelling at nighti think she played music was jamming lol. But other than that its ok. Edit: they got back to me with the photos that they charged 600 dollars on. Becareful yall it is not worth 600 dollars. Its so crazy. I liked the layout. I stayed a year.

Update: Chandler is so horrible. I am over this complex and her acting like she responds and communicates. Unless you are a guy, or "her people" don't expect her to communicate and truly look into things for you. I have been a resident for 3 years here, and will be leaving as soon as my lease is up. I have had trouble with her and all the management since she started, and they continue to raise fees and change multiple services. This is why people can't retain loyal residents. I wish it was like the below: This is an amazing community. I am truly happy I decided to make the switch. I lived at my last residence for 8 years with many leasing companies taking it over. This by far has been the best one to work with. I love the small, personal feel. Dayshon and Phoenicia ARE AMAZING! They made me so comfortable with this change. My process was fairly smooth and yes, as any place you may rent from has its issues... this staff truly communicates the grounds, rules, and in my opinion make it pretty clear the standard to reside in the units. I pay for covered, parking is no issue for me. As far as my guests I had many help me within the first week. I did what was asked and registered and made them aware of where they CAN and CAN NOT park... I came from a place that DID NOT utilize the gate, registered parking, etc and it was a mad house with many issues. I am thankful for the fact they monitor and control. It keeps a lot to a minimum that were experienced prior. My guests had parking all 4 days they helped (this included holiday and weekend). My only complaint if there was one is better pre-move in details for those who have not really experienced the grounds and did virtual. I got my unit earlier and never got to physically tour due to covid... so it was a bit nerve-racking moving in bc I had no idea what to expect. Now we are opening up and I know from my move in day (and a quick call to Dayshon prior)... it would have been a better experience (and no concern of what to expect) as I had a very welcoming experience on move in day.

Nothing I hate more than roaches and rats! Nothing was done about the issue after frequent contact with the front office. Trash is left outside after charging a fee for pick up! Never again! Absolutely disgusted!

These apartments have rats and have not yet received prevention service. I also have been waiting over a month for several of work orders to be done. Dont recommend moving here!
