I have to say, I have enjoyed my time here at Oaks 55. The office management team,maintenance, housekeeping do what the best they can and always go up and beyond to help anyone. Some may leave nasty reviews because its not their way but they do what the best they can to be fair to everyone. I appreciate the whole team and everything you do. Way to go Oaks 55!!!!

Wish I had the option of more than 5 stars! We moved in a couple of months ago and love it! Staff and process was very professional and efficient. Staff and Residents very kind. Location, condition and maintenance is perfect. VERY peaceful and quiet. Convenient to everything we need. Amazing amenities inside and out that replace all the things we were paying for before moving here. Perfect new home for us.

Great building but terrible management. Ive seen first hand how they treat tenants its not with respect. If you have elderly parents who you think should move in I recommend not to. The current management doesnt respect or respond to family members of tenant(s).

they need respect and professionalism classes I think that how you talk to a person is how they will answer you I invite you to take some respect classes
