It's very bad the service is very bad too many cockroaches inside the laundry is close the gym close nothing is good on this complex

Brittney Lowe goes above and beyond always! She genuinely cares and will help. I hope she is recognized for her excellence. All apartments have issues here and there but my father and I are glad we decided to go with Parc Plaza. I feel safe and feel fine going to work knowing he is there and so close to my job!

Great first impression, truly the first apartment tour out of the several in the DFW area that made me smile and look forward to moving. Upon entering the complex it is clean with open parking, the leasing office and complex is still undergoing renovations that started in 2023. The business center is not quite finished yet but exciting changes to come. The pool needed to be cleaned but is open year round as a bonus. Delicious food smells and proactive leasing team were my favorite. Briana greeted me at the door and answered all of my rapid fire questions about the complex with ease, understanding my needs. Brittney provided a personable tour that made me feel right at home, with the added incentive of a proactive staff who seem to genuinely care about the tenants with several community activities throughout the month.

Even though here in the USA an eyebrows raising rents increase the level of stress who are searching for apartment, nobody can do anything except government and market trends but you might get somehow relief on this apartment rather than other apartment in the Tarrant county, Euless because of new management and their policies. And the location and society is so peaceful. But some refrigerator doesnt have ice maker and some washer dryer need to update as these items are too ancient because of previous management bad policies! Anyway all good!!!
