Mike is an independent, he works alone so he can be hard to get hold of at times which IMO is understandable. On the other hand I had a water main break and no water in the house and he came out within an hour to have a look. Others would have easily charged $1,000 for what turned out to be a simple repair with digging. Mike was MORE than fair with the price and I made sure that I tipped him very well for that. I asked him to come back and do several other jobs for me and he was just as (more than) fair and just as professional. I highly recommend Childs Residential Repair. Plumbing emergency- I cant say thank you enough! Called Childs Residential Mike showed up within the hour. Not only resolved the issue, educated me on issue and helped me get the City out to resolve their part in the issue as well. Thanks your a blessing Mike Childs!
