      image The staff was kind and personable and the front lobby was immaculate. Easy check in and everything!
      Things we had issue with- I paid almost 300.00 for a room that had a broken bathroom door that wouldn't close. There was hair IN the bedding upon arrival (I checked after reading the reviews here and sure enough WE HAD IT TOO). Lastly, the wifi that was SUPPOSED to work so that my partner and I could keep productivity up did not work in our rooms. When we called down to the office, we were told to restart our phones because it was running fine there. We did that, only to note that the wifi DID work- just not inside our room. We had to go outside into the cold for wifi just to manage business.
      I love the staff and location, but I will likely not be returning to this hotel.
