Will and his crew was amazing and not only looked to see if my house needed leveled, but helped me with preventing any other possible issues. His prices are also very reasonable and he doesnt rip people off with high prices and poor work.

I would give Will and his team 10 stars! When the Central Texas clay decided to try and consume our home. Will went above and beyond, and help put some ease to a very stressful situation. He was very thorough in explaining his findings and giving a plan of action to repair. The estimate was also a very pleasant surprise. A lot lower than we were expecting. The damage in a nutshell. Our home sank in the back corner. A very poorly assembled home could not handle the stress of the settling and pulled the rafters away from the center support beam. This allowed the ceiling to drop roughly 8"causing a major sag in the roof as well. Will and Bobby pointed out several findings of where our home could have been assembled better than it was. They also pointed out that our piers were sitting on plastic footings and more than half of them were completely broken. The repairs. Jack the ceiling/roof back into position. Relevel and replace all the footings with concrete. Reattached all the separated rafters and add extra bracing to secure them back to the main beam. Replace the flashing along the ridge and replace roofing shingles removed for repairs. Look no further, these are your guys!
