        The brio drivers at the five points terminal are incredibly rude. You will walk up to the bus, and they will actively ignore you and drive away. I've had this happen several times. Also, the ticket machine regularly malfunctions so that you can't purchase tickets unless you have cash, and then it will not give change. It will also charge your card and not print your tickets. The steps they make you take to receive a refund are absolutely ridiculous. You can show them the charge on your banking app, and they will see that the machine isn't working, and they still won't help you unless you jump through hoops and go all the way down town. Do better Sun Metro.
