Service is okay. They striped my lug nuts to make me buy new ones. Like buying a set of 4 tires isn't enough.

Good car service, terrible human service!! They always only have 1 person working the desk. Good luck if youre just trying to come in for a quick issue and youre stuck behind someone consulting on a purchase. I had to wait 20+ minutes both when dropping off and picking up my car for a simple tire repair cause I was waiting in line to speak with a service person.

Long time costco member, got a leak in our tire during our drive home from CA. Got there first thing in the morning and they took care of my leak within 45min so we can continue on our journey. They got crowded fast though so I was lucky I got to be the first in line.

GREAT SERVICE! Flat tire fixed in less than 45 minutes. WAY TO GO COSTCO TIRE CENTER:)
