Oasis Tires & Wheels

They call me constantly. Ive never been to the store, never called for a quote, never engaged with the company on any social media, and dont even live in El Paso. Its really annoying. For reference, they ask for me by name when calling me. I dont know where they got my number from, or my name. Ive never had any correspondence whatsoever with any of their locations.

Bought new tires back in January and after that truck would vibrate excessively, took it back and they told me i needed upper control arms, steering rack and struts (1300$) did repairs took it back to then got it aligned and balanced and problems persisted and they told me i needed new wheels that they were out out balance, thats when i found it weird and took it to another shop and they told me and showed me on their machine how bad the tires where out of round, went back to oasis and they did not want to help me out at first because i did not buy insurance but i tried fixing the issue with them 3 times before the 30 day warranty ended because i knew the truck had an issue an they never told me it was the tires when it was so easy and obvious to see how bad the tires were on the balancing machine, they only gave me 1,000$ of the 1350$ tires i had bought so ended up loosing 350$ on parts and around 450$ on labor, would not recommend watch out.
