With so many tax places in the NE, its hard to trust who will really be the best for you. Agent Crystal reassured me her job was to help me get the most or at least pay the least. I will choose Premier, Fred Wilson location, next year too. Crystal explained things were I understood everything and was patient with all my questions and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I did my taxes entirely online. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I went in today. Saturday is my only day off. It was closing time but the agent stayed open and helped me with all my paperwork. I had lots of w2s and receipts from my side job. She gave me good advice for tracking my expenses and for my taxes next year. I recently went in and had an excellent experience with a young lady named Crystal. She made it easy and I didnt feel like I was getting scammed as I have other tax places. Highly recommend Premier Tax on Fred Wilson.

I decided to do my taxes virtually this year to be safe and I used Sonny at Premier Tax. Im so glad I did:-). It was super easy. They sent me a link where I uploaded my documents. I used the scan feature from notes in my Iphone. Super easy and convenient. Thanks yall for getting me my money pronto!
