During my appointment with her, I noticed a significant lack of expertise and professionalism. Whenever I had a question, she consistently turned to her coworker for answers, unable to provide explanations how certain tax processes work, such as gift money, dividends, bank interest or bonus. Her inability to explain tax code, regulations, and official guidance raised doubts about her quality of the service she provides.
The next day, when I reached out to Marisa regarding a missed document over the phone, she seemed busy and assured me she would look into it and call me back. However, I never received any response back from her. It was very disappointing to experience such poor customer service especially when dealing with important tax matters. The service fee I paid was $315 (Tax preparation + other fees). It is no worth it for this level of service I received from her. Truly disappointing.
