I had gotten caught trying to swap my old shoes for the new ones and although what I did was obviously wrong I was asked to take off the shoes and give them back and so I cooperated without hesitation and as I did i asked for my shoes back and they refused to give me them back and made me walk out the store barefoot

I love this store! more so when tent sales go on. Store managers Janelly Egure and Carlos Mendez were extremely helpful assisting our family with shoes and military' discount. All the team members are amazing and very knowledgeable shout out to Ruby and Angel for being patient and helpful. Store is up to standards with being clean, and having shoes for all family members. The store seems to run smoothly and actually work as a TEAM. Great store I will be coming back for all my shoe needs. Thank you Wss

Stars are for the 3 pairs of shoes I bought only went in for 1 but I couldn't help it being a fairly big white male I might say I was being descriminated against. Having plain clothed loss prevention follow me and stand right next to me as I find a size 11.5-12 hard to do at WSS. But. No line. Fast service like I couldn't get out quick enough. I put 5 stars for the fact that with all the buffoonery around I will not let's other effect how my day goes and I had a great day 5 $s.
