        I tried to order through the app to get the BOGO deal. The app was not working. I turned off my phone and turned it on again to re-order and still my payment was not going through. I have tried different cards just to make sure it wasnt my card. I let the employees know that my order was not going through and that I was trying to get the BOGO deal. They apologized and said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could honor the BOGO and I could pay there and they said there was no way for them to enter it into the system. Maybe they didnt know how to enter it into the system but I find it very hard to believe that there isnt a way to put it in the system unless Subway has changed it. I used to work for subway and we had a way to add the BOGO in the system with no problem. I am frustrated because it is not my fault that the app isnt working and on top of that, the employees are not able to help us either.
