After purchasing a home when we relocated to El Paso, we discovered the roof repeatedly leaked. We searched on Google & found Smith and Ramirez Roofing. First, They heard us. They told us the truth about our roof. Secondly, They repaired it correctly with Quality material & their work is guaranteed. They showed us drone footage of both before & after. They have our upmost confidence and respect. Lastly, after they completed the job, they followed up with us. They are trustworthy and their professionalism is bar none. I could not recommend them enough.

Great company, although we did not end up contracting them for work. I wanted to leave this review and thank them for being so prompt and attentive to what we needed when getting an estimate for the roof repairs. Brady who was in contact with me did an excellent job communicating with me and presenting the estimate. Thanks again guys!

Hello Jerry, I’m not sure where to start… Was this bullying done recently? are we talking middle school? high school? How is this relevant to my business? There are so many questions. I’m not sure if I should take this seriously or not. In any event, I hope you live a successful and productive life where you’re not writing reviews at 2 AM on a roofing companies Google page all the way from North Carolina. To any of our potential Customers reading these let me take this opportunity to address our one star reviews.I’m not ashamed to admit…There is only 1 one star review that deserves to be here. It’s Ms. Rebecca Jefferson’s? we didn’t Handel that appropriately, we admitted it, and we took care of her. Every other one start review is well, just a bit weird as you can see and has no validity to our business.
