    This is what I get for not listening to the negative reviews. My home came in 50k less than the current estimates. It also came in 5k less than an appraisal we had done in November. The market has grown considerable since then. Hard feeling... Veronica was very professional, however.

    This company came out to do an appraisal of a home I'm buying. The purpose of the appraisal is to verify that the home you're buying is of fair market value. I had an appraisal done that showed no issue just months before. These people stated that the home needed a smoke detector and two stucco patches to be done in order to pass "inspection". This has nothing to do with the value of the value of the home. I'm buying the house for 38,000 that's valued at 155,000. They did this so that charge another 150.00 to reinspect. They charged 600.00 when the inspector a few months ago charged 400.00. I cannot recommend these people and will report them to TREC. BEWARE!!

    MISLEADING! I thought my husband and I were the only ones with the misleading appraisals this company provides. After they completed a super quick appraisal, we had to order another one due to shortages and measurement mistakes by the company. It's not only upsetting but financially consuming to be spending more money to have them do a job they failed to do the first time. After having my home appraise twice, the home did come in a bit higher from what our agent told us to price it at (more than a $17,000 appraised difference from their first evaluation). We asked how they could possibly get the measurements and value wrong, to which we were told "We understand your concern, but please know that our appraisers are very busy right now due to the amount of work received, and they might of not had enough time to thoroughly evaluate your home." i understand that the market does need them consistently, but it shouldn't be an excuse to skim through peoples appraisals and deliver a "half-done" job. If you do go with them, have them send someone with ACTUAL knowledge of the market and with EXPERIENCE!!

    They charged 600.00 when other companies charged 400.00. They didn't inspect the roof, HVAC, or electrical. These guys are a scam and will make up issues so that they can charge you again to re-inspect. BEWARE!!
