Ibero Academy - El Paso's Multilingual Private School

Our son has attended Ibero Academy since he was 2. He is 5 now and is kindergarten. I will tell you that I have seen him flourish in his confidence and academic level.. He learned to read in English and Spanish know his abc’s, count to 20, his colors, days of the weeks and months of the year by the time he entered into kinder! The directors and teachers are very passionate about education, and it shows. We are very appreciative to the teachers and the school for their dedication to education. We highly recommend Ibero Academy for families that are looking for a Multicultural school and a great academic curriculum.

Our daughter is attending K5 at Ibero Academy. Our decision was made after enrolling her in the Summer Camp of 2018 and falling in love with the program. Ibero has a true dual language system and a supplemental Chinese/Mandarin program. It is impressive to hear my daughter speak some basic Chinese after a few months in school. And improve both English and Spanish reading and writing by a lot. She is fluently writing and reading in both languages and even doing cursive handwriting. The school organizes events such as a United Nations program where students choose a country and present about it. I was impressed to see 1st grade students present on stage, with a microphone to a group of 50+ adults with full confidence and fluidity. After a few months of having our daughter at Ibero Academy we can fully recommend this school system. We see this as a great investment for the future and education of our daughter.

We are on our 6th year at Ibero Academy. Our children love to go to school every day. They get excited to see their teachers, the staff and all their friends. They learn to read, write and speak in 3 different languages; English, Spanish and Mandarin. They also get to participate in activities such as yoga, piano, soccer, basketball, and painting. The education standards are very high, and all the children at the school usually will test 2-3 levels higher than other kids their age. Ibero Academy does an excellent job at keeping the students motivated, and they will often have activities like "parents night out" where the children can stay at the school and enjoy quality time playing with their friends. This school is a home away from home to our children. I highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a safe, fun environment as well as a high standard of education.
