Glamour Shots

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The "Owner" didn't start anything, she just bought her piece and managed to survive off the school contracts from, the real head company is in Oklahoma. She is using equipment from 2002! 7 generations behind in terms of technology. There is no, studio/ office/ lab, or whatever they send anything to, everything is done in the building, they lie to their customers and don't bother to answer the phones because they just don't feel like it. The Owner would not be in business because of the way she runs everything, the school contracts ARE THE ONLY REVENUE keeping this place alive. She is a micro managing tyrant, that thinks she's this "amazing photographer" she isn't. Some of the photos that they take are pitiful, poorly lit, and/ or edited. The amount of editing that is used in these photos are terrible. Please I beg anyone that is reading this DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, OR GAS on this NON-LOCAL, POOR excuse for a business that has no talent. This and other reviews here should be all the proof you need. Go support REAL, LOCAL, HARDWORKING, TALNTED PHOTOGRAPHERS IN EL PASO. One's that at least use cameras from this decade.

Had amazing service at our daughter's high school when we paid but every Saturday, we go by and call and no answers. The door says they are open 10-4, voicemail says 12-6, and they are out to lunch from 12-2. Then they call during the week to ask when we will be by and tell us they will be in but have a sign on the door that says they're out taking pics today. No one returns voicemail. Pics were taken in October, weren't ready until 2 months later,and here we are 5 weeks and 3 attemps later trying to pick them up .

Ive called all day. No answer. Left voicemails, no callback. The male answering the phones seems to be lost and wont give direct answers. His answer is he will have his manager call you but management never calls. All I wanted to do is schedule an appointment.. apparently thats hard to do and only management can do it
