        Knowledgeable sure. 10/10 would not call to do work on my again purely based on amount charged for 15 minutes of work. 2 stars cause dude knew what he was talking about.

        If you need a plumber, this is the company for you. Theyre quick to respond and extremely helpful with the repairs I needed. They even helped me with the process for warranty issues on my equipment. This team is professional and courteous. When they say theyll be there at a certain time theyre on time or early. The work is excellent. Im glad I found this company!

      We are sorry you feel that way. You should be upset at the previous handyman that installed your water heater as he did not secure/connect water heater vent which, was putting your family’s life in danger. Carbon monoxide can have serious effects such as death. I understand your frustration due to paying an unlicensed individual to do an improper installation and the inconvenience of having to pay twice for a job. As a licensed plumber we would never fail a customer that way. Thank you.
